Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Anzarix Systems website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anzarix Systems LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Anzarix Systems website at anzarixsystems.com or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website or purchase our services.
2. Services Description
Anzarix Systems LLC provides AI-powered voice receptionist and consultation automation services for businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to: • AI voice agent design, development, and deployment • Consultation workflow automation • Lead qualification systems • CRM and third-party tool integrations • Multilingual AI voice solutions The specific scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are set forth in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • All invoices are due within 30 days of issuance • Payments must be made in US Dollars • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month • Anzarix Systems reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Anzarix Systems website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Anzarix Systems LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. With respect to deliverables created specifically for a client under a service agreement, ownership is governed by the terms of that agreement. Any pre-existing intellectual property of Anzarix Systems remains the exclusive property of Anzarix Systems. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANZARIX SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ANZARIX SYSTEMS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Changes to Terms
Anzarix Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
